UNPOS Deputy SRSG chairs a meeting of the donor community

On 15 October 2009, UNPOS Deputy SRSG chaired a meeting at which the Minister of Constitution and Federal Affairs of Somalia, Honourable Adobe Nunow Mohamed, briefed the representatives of the donor community, as well as members of the Consortium, who support the constitution-making process on the current status. The Minister reported, among other things, that the Independent Federal Constitution Commission (IFCC) had recently been reconstituted, and that the Ministry would soon embark on a civic education programme in the country.
