From the Status Quo to a Transformation: Advancing Women, Peace and Security in Yemen (April 2024)

This report captures the outcomes of the Madrid Forum on Women, Peace, and Security in Yemen, which brought together 38 Yemeni women leaders and international experts to articulate a shared vision for inclusive peace. Through scenario planning, storytelling, and strategic dialogue, participants co-developed the Madrid Declaration—calling for an immediate ceasefire, gender-responsive negotiations, and humanitarian action grounded in justice and accountability.

The AI Peace Nexus: Elevating WPS Agenda in Yemen’s Digital Future (February 2025)

This report summarizes a series of side events organized by OSESGY at the 2025 Global AI Action Summit in Paris, in collaboration with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the UN System Staff College. The events explored how artificial intelligence can advance the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda in Yemen.
