Twenty-two Yemeni experts, peace advocates, and political and civil society leaders opened up about how they experienced the nearly decade-long war in Yemen, what peace means to them, and how they believe it can be achieved.

A total of 30 civil society activists from across Yemen came together in Aden for discussions centered around the UN-led peace process and linkages to Yemeni peacebuilding efforts on the ground.

The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, visited Tehran and met with the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and other senior officials and diplomats.
