11 Nov 2021 - Amman, 11 November 2021 – The UN Special Envoy for Yemen Hans Grundberg concluded yesterday a three-day visit to Taiz governorate. He held meetings in Taiz city, Turbah and Mokha, where he discussed with a wide range of stakeholders the urgent necessity for an end to the conflict in Yemen. -

08 Nov 2021 - Thank you very much Governor. Obviously, I am very honoured to be with you here today in Taiz. I just had a very constructive meeting with the Governor and with other representatives of political parties here in Taiz. We discussed issues facing Taiz but also the situation elsewhere in Yemen, where we see military operations causing significant casualties, which are exacerbating the humanitarian situation and undermining peace efforts. -

04 Nov 2021 - Amman, 4 November 2021 - The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, concluded yesterday a visit to Iran where he met with senior Iranian officials and representatives of the international community in Tehran. During his meetings, Mr. Grundberg emphasized the need for support to UN efforts to reach a negotiated settlement to the conflict. -
28 Oct 2021 - Amman, 28 October 2021 - The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, concluded today his first visit to the United Arab Emirates where he held meetings with senior Emirati officials and Yemenis from various political components and the private sector. -
20 Oct 2021 - 20 October 2021 - The members of the Security Council expressed their unwavering support for UN Special Envoy Hans Grundberg. They reiterated their expectation that the parties meet with him and with each other under UN auspices, in good faith and without preconditions.

05 Oct 2021 - Amman, 5 October 2021 – The United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen Hans Grundberg concluded today a three-day visit to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Grundberg met with Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Faisal bin Farhan, Saudi ambassador to Yemen Mohamed Al Jaber and other senior Saudi officials. He also met with Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen and senior Yemeni officials. -

21 Sep 2021 - Amman, 21 September 2021 - The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, concluded today a visit to Muscat, Oman where he met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Badr Albusaidi and other senior Omani officials. He also met with Ansar Allah’s chief negotiator, Mohammed Abdel Salam. -
19 Sep 2021 - The Secretary-General deeply regrets that the Houthi movement (who also call themselves Ansar Allah) yesterday carried out executions of nine individuals, one of whom was reportedly a minor at time of detention, and strongly condemns these actions which are a result of judicial proceedings that do not appear to have fulfilled the requirements of fair trial and due process under international law.
